AuthorityOS is run by AuthorityOS LLC. This notice explains what we collect through authorityos.io and the forms, calls and orders connected to it, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

What we collect and why

To stop abuse, our forms keep email addresses and IP addresses in a rate-limit store for a short window.
Who helps us run it
We share personal information only with the providers that do this work for us:
- Google Analytics, for site analytics
- Vercel, which hosts the site
- HighLevel (LeadConnector), our CRM, download forms and booking calendar
- Resend, which sends our transactional email
- beehiiv, which sends the newsletter
- Stripe, which processes payments
- Supabase, which stores order records and rate-limit entries
- Anthropic, which scores the text you enter in the hook score tool
The AuthorityOS membership runs on Skool, and Skool's own privacy policy covers what Skool collects when you join.
We don't sell your personal information. We may disclose it when the law requires it, or to a buyer if the business is sold, under the same protections.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies that tell us how pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works without them.
Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and we honor it. You'll still get the messages a request of yours needs, such as a download link or an order confirmation.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information while we need it for the reason we collected it, then delete it:
- Download requests and call bookings: 3 years after our last contact with you
- Applications: 2 years
- Book orders: 7 years, for tax and accounting records
- Rate-limit entries: minutes
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email hello@authorityos.io and we'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, the law may give you more rights, and we'll honor them.
Children
The site is for adults running businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this notice
When we change this notice, the date at the top changes with it.
